SE Arizona Bird Trip
July 30 – August 3
Join us for a trip to Sky Islands of Southeast Arizona! These isolated mountain ranges create unique habitats for birds found nowhere else in the United States! Iconic species like Coppery-tailed Trogon, Pyrrhuloxia, Rivoli’s Hummingbird, Elf Owl, Red-faced Warbler, and much more are waiting to be seen.
We will carpool out from the Los Angeles area on Thursday, July 30th, and return on Monday, August 3rd. We will be spending the night(s) in Tucson, the Chiricahua Mountains, Sierra Vista, and Madera Canyon. Logistics are all planned out, and each individual will pay for their own lodging and food. Approximate cost will be $300-500 per person (depending on whether you want to share a room or not).
