SUMMARY:Ventura County New Year's Bird Count 🎩🕊️
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a county-wide count of wintering birds in Ventura County\, from the east to the west\, the mountains to the seas! Please note this count is different from the CBC’s in that: \n\n\n\n1) This covers the entire county\, not just the CBC circle. This allows us to cover some areas in Oak Park\, Moorpark\, Simi Valley\, the mountains\, etc. that aren’t covered in the CBC counts. \n\n\n\n2) This isn’t a nationally organized event\, but rather something for our curiosity and desire to understand more about the species that overwinter in our county.
